30-Day Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 30 days of deliveryfor a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused, unassembled (where applicable), and in their original packaging with all parts and instructions included.
How to Start a Return

- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within one business day.
- Ship the item back using a trackable service. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original PayPal payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged box or missing parts? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, including return shipping when needed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially assembled DIY kits that cannot be resold as new
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products returned without original packaging or missing components
- Returns requested after the 30-day window
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. For a different model or kit, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. This helps us get your gift or desk piece to you as quickly as possible.
